Grall Law Group: Commitment and Integrity are priorities

Commitment and integrity are two words most often used to describe Grall Law Group – both by residents of the community they’ve been serving for two generations and the members of the tight-knit family, themselves.

When Bernie Grall founded the practice in 1979, he and his wife also “gifted” Vero Beach with eight children who were brought up to do the right thing and help make their hometown a better place.

With three of them now actively involved in the operation of Grall Law Group, the company adage of “Let Our Family Help Yours” has never been more appropriate.

The core of the practice centers on personal injury, helping those who need it the most. Whether you’ve been hurt in a car accident, a slip and fall, or injured in some other manner due to another’s fault, Grall Law Group is there to help you.

Under the direction of managing partner Patrick Grall, the company continues to live by the same philosophy espoused by his father. “Reputation means everything to us,” says Patrick, who adds, “Our staff has an overwhelming dedication to our clients and to the Treasure and Space Coast communities.”

Along with sisters Erin Grall, an attorney who was elected to the Florida State House in November (but is still actively involved with the firm) and Heather Grall Barwick, who is marketing director, Patrick is on track to ensure a second generation of the family will continue to bring excellence and civility to the practice.

Although all attempts to reach a reasonable settlement will be made, be assured that these are trial lawyers who are fully qualified to try cases in search of justice. Jesse Larsen, another attorney at the firm, actively participates in the personal injury practice and also handles criminal law cases.

Since 1990, the Grall family has delighted in decorating the grounds of their beautiful offices at Tara Plantation with thousands of Christmas lights, which is free and open to the public starting the Sunday after Thanksgiving and continuing through the holiday season.

And reflective of the high esteem with which the community views them, Grall Law Group has received many awards of recognition through the years, including the United Way of Indian River County Spirit Award.

Although he is the busy dad of five daughters and managing partner of the successful law practice, Patrick (who is also a real estate broker) was recently appointed to the IRC Planning & Zoning Commission.
